I'm searching for the job in Australia’s main cities - Melburn, Sydney or Brisbane. You can find a short description of my experience below and a detailed CV in the attachment.
About 6 last years I’m working in IT-consulting, beginning from specialist of technical support service to the certified project manager of automation and building of business processes.
The main part of this period was the work in the one of the biggest companies in IT-consulting (KORUS Consulting Company (9 biggest company in IT consulting in 2008, and in 100 of biggest IT companies in Russia)). During this time I was taking part in more than 10 successful projects as consultant, senior consultant or as project manager, also with crisis management at complex projects. The main aims of projects – implementation and development of the systems for management of the companies (Microsoft solutions, SAP systems, Oracle Hyperion, Infor, AdaptivePlanning), mainly for the management accounts.
The certification of project manager is confirmed by PME Expert Company – Russian analogue of PMP (the same certification with hundreds of questions and 9 areas). Management of the projects carrying out with ISO 9001 quality standard with adaptation to each project. Also I have certificates of Oracle Hyperion Planning, Infor PM, Infor BSA and courses for other systems.
Below you can find the most interesting projects I was taking part in and small description of my work:
-- Belon Corporation – one of the biggest mining industrial company in Russia. The aim was the creation of financial system as the set of budgeting system, account system and creation of all processes, connected with them (integration, workflow, templates and other). Size of project team – about 30 persons. My role with management of subproject, connected with creation the budgeting system and implementation of it with help of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management. Size of team of this subproject – about 10 people.
-- DHL International – one of the biggest logistic company in the world. The aim was implementation of budgeting system from Infor corporation, integration with SAP and SUN Accounts. Duration of the project – about 6 months. Size of project team – 7-9 persons (2 developers, 3 consultants, 1 expert from Infor corporation, Project manager and temporary participants (testers, quality managers and others)). My role – project manager and senior consultant.
-- SvyazInvest – the biggest telecom corporation in Russia. The aim was the creation of financial system as the set of budgeting system, account system and creation of all processes, connected with them (integration, workflow, templates and other). Size of project team – more than 100 peoples and set of various companies. As the result – it was the biggest budgeting system in the world till year 2008. My role – working as senior consultant in subproject, connected with management of investments projects.
-- Also I’m working with set of retailers, telecom providers and industrial companies. The main role was working with budgeting and financial systems.
